The activity of combat aircraft in the skies over Belarus is reported by the monitoring TG channel Belarusian Hajun project.
"At 8:36 a.m., 8 Mi-24 and Mi-8 helicopters of the Russian Aerospace Forces took off from the Baranovichi airfield. Currently, the helicopters are heading for the Russian Federation and flying out of Belarus," the publication says.

It is known that a group of 8 helicopters of the Russian Aerospace Forces stayed in Baranovichi for exactly 5 days. Nevertheless, at the moment, 2 Su-24MR reconnaissance aircraft of the Russian Air Force and, probably, 4 Su-30SM fighters of the Russian Air Force remain on the territory of the airfield, the monitoring channel writes.
At the same time, the Russian Defense Ministry reported that it had conducted joint exercises with Belarus.
"As part of the activities carried out at aviation training grounds, the crews carried out the practical application of aviation defeat equipment for specified targets. A joint tactical flight exercise was conducted on the territory of the Republic of Belarus in the period from 27 to 31 May 2024. During the exercise, issues of management and organization of interaction in the performance of combat training tasks were worked out."
In Kiev, meanwhile, they say that at the moment there are no threats from Belarus. Major General of the SBU reserve, ex-deputy chairman of the SBU Viktor Yahun said on the air of a Ukrainian TV channel that the opening of a new front is not possible now.
"As long as Lukashenka is in power, an offensive from the Belarusian side cannot be expected. Not because Lukashenka is so 'affectionate' towards Ukraine, but because it is economically unprofitable for him. He understands that Belarus' entry into the war means huge losses for him in the field of security. He can field no more than 50 thousand troops, and another 50 thousand of some kind of security forces, who may be in the second or third echelon. And 100 thousand is nothing; it is an opportunity to capture one settlement or one district," Yahun said.
Recall that the Center for Countering Disinformation under the National Security Council of Ukraine warned that in the period from May 27 to June 2, propagandists of Lukashenka and Putin are preparing a wave of fake attacks. One of the main topics will be the opening of a second front on the border with Belarus.
