The car Toyota Land Cruiser Prado, which belongs to the traitor and former SBU officer Vasyl Prozorov, exploded when the driver turned the key in the ignition. He was hospitalized with a leg injury.
According to the main version of the investigation, in Prozorov's car triggered an explosive device, which someone had installed in advance, wrote Russian media citing sources in the security services of the Russian Federation. But an accident is not excluded - the explosion could have occurred due to the detonation of an underground gas pipe right under his car.
Vasily Prozorov moved to Russia from Ukraine several years ago. By his own admission, he had been cooperating with the Russian security services since 2014. The traitor passed to the enemy secret information about the course of the war.
Earlier, the Russian media claimed that an assassination attempt had already been planned on Prozorov in occupied Berdyansk. It was claimed that a group of armed saboteurs had been detained and were allegedly preparing his assassination.
