In Poland, the orderer of the attack on the ex-head of Navalny's headquarters, Leonid Volkov, has been detained

He turned out to be a Belarusian, who had previously ordered an attack on the wife of another Russian opposition blogger in Buenos Aires by order of the Kremlin.

Journalists of The Insider managed to identify the criminal who threatened Russian economist and activist Maxim Mironov and attacked his wife in Argentina. He turned out to be a citizen of Poland Gregorz Daszkowski. This information journalists passed to the Polish law enforcement authorities.

Polish police were able to link this attack with the attack on the former head of Navalny's headquarters Leonid Volkov in Lithuania. Studying Daszkowski's connections, Polish investigators came across interesting information: Daszkowski's handler (a citizen of Belarus) was linked to two other Polish gangsters, who came to Lithuania just at the time when Leonid Volkov, ex-chairman of the Anti-Corruption Foundation, was attacked.

Today it became known that joint efforts of the Polish and Lithuanian police detained the perpetrators of the attacks, as well as the customer, who was found to be working for the Russian security services.

The detention of a citizen of Belarus, the alleged customer, was announced by Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk in the social network X (former Twitter)

"Belarusian, working for the Russians, who ordered two Poles to kill an associate of Navalny, has been detained," - said Tusk.

On the eve of the President of Lithuania Gitanas Nauseda announced the detention of two Polish citizens who attacked Leonid Volkov.

We remind you that on March 12, unknown people attacked the ex-head of Navalny's headquarters Leonid Volkov near his home in Vilnius. They smashed his car window with a hammer and sprayed tear gas in his eyes, after which the attacker began hitting Leonid with a hammer, breaking his left arm and left leg before fleeing the scene.

Warsaw court spokeswoman Joanna Adamowicz said the two men "acted as part of an organized group and carried out orders from the intelligence services of a foreign country."
