Details
«In the morning, an unidentified aerial object entered the airspace of the Republic of Poland from the side of the border with Ukraine and was observed by the country's air defence radars from the moment it crossed the border until the signal disappeared," the polish army's operational command said. According to RMF, there was no information about explosions, but eyewitnesses heard strong noise and whistling.
Polish President Andrzej Duda said he had called an urgent meeting with the military leadership because of the violation of the country's airspace.
The object fell in the village of Worzuczyn-Cukrownia in Tomaszewski county, Lublin voivodeship.
